Ring Fit Adventure For Nintendo Switch

Ring Fit Adventure game for Nintendo Switch combines fitness routines with the gameplay of a traditional role-playing game.

The game’s main mode is a role-playing game, in which the player takes the role of an athlete that meets a sentient Ring, and they team up to take down an evil, bodybuilding dragon named Dragaux. The player attacks the enemies by performing one of about thirty different exercises.

In Adventure mode, you traverse more than 100 levels in over 20 worlds. As you work through each level you’ll earn points. The levels take 5 to 10 minutes to complete, in most cases.

Even if you don’t want to play the adventure, there are a lot of short games that you can play to get your workouts in. The mini-games are based on certain exercises, which can be used by a single player or multiple players.

Nintendo Switch is usually operated by two small handheld controllers. With Ring Fit Adventure, one is strapped into a belt on your leg to monitor your squats or floor work during a workout. The other one is clipped into a ring designed to be squashed and stretched to work out your upper body. The ring controller can also be used to measure your pulse after each workout.

The workouts provide general aerobics with plenty of core exercises and light resistance training. The workout will certainly get your heart rate up.

The game does a great job tracking your performance, logging high scores, and alerting you to how long you’ve been exercising and how many calories you’ve burned.

The Ring Fit Adventure is not designed for strength training, it is an effective exercise for maintaining fitness.

Ring Fit Adventure is built with multiple users in mind, so it is perfect for a family that wants to get active, it’s easy to switch between profiles and peek at each other’s progress.
