The new Vivo V5 smartphone is the new smartphone model from the V Series of Vivo’s smartphones. It is the first one to come out after the company changed its tagline into “Camera & Music”. It becomes the main reason for the upgrade in the new smartphone’s front camera.
For the Vivo V5, users will enjoy having a 20MP resolution front camera. The camera module in the phone was co-engineered with Sony, so you can expect clear and crisp high resolution images for selfies. The rear camera however, just comes with a 13MP sensor but with phase detection autofocus and LED flash. The smartphone also features an Octa-core processor, 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal memory. The phone also supports a microSD of up to 256GB of external memory. The smartphone runs on a Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and comes with a 5.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with protective Corning Gorilla Glass. Other features include an upgraded fingerprint unlock system, crisp, sharp, and great quality Hi-Fi sound with its dedicated audio chip, better multitasking through a Smart Split feature, and an eye protection mode to prevent eyestrain. The Vivo V5 Smartphone is now available in the market for around $400.
