Teaser for Kindle App on Windows Phone 7 Released

Amazon has announced that it will bring Kindle to the Windows Phone 7 in the coming months. Once released, it would become the first major e-book application available for Microsoft’s newest mobile OS. The app was teased to the people attending the Microsoft’s Professional Developers Conference.

The Kindle for Windows Phone 7 give its users access to over 725,000 books available at the U.S. Kindle Store. Books that are downloaded from the Kindle Store are automatically backed-up online in the user’s Kindle library on Amazon. The app also comes with Amazon’s Whispersync technology that lets users pick up where you left off in whatever Kindle device or app they are using.

Judging from the looks of it, the Kindle app on WP7 appears promising.
