Swann Digital Wireless Security System

Swann Digital Wireless Security SystemHome security has become a valuable feature in many houses today. There are different systems that help protect homes against intruders and thieves. It serves an important function in homes that have many things valuable inside. But security can be a concern for many homeowners when they are away for a lengthy trip. It can also be an issue of pricing and operations. People can now heave a sigh of relief as Swann Security has introduced the Digital Wireless Security System, a plug and play wireless surveillance system for the home.

The Digital Wireless Security System from Swann comes with a camera and a monitor that can capture and record video of what is happening around the home in HD quality, regardless of being night or day. Recording of surveillance videos is triggered because the camera features Motion Triggered Recording technology. This gives the surveillance setup time to test the system to record video.

The Digital Wireless Security System features a 720p high definition camera that can take and record videos in darkness. The Digital Wireless Security System comes with 20 IR LED bulbs that can provide security personnel with good quality surveillance videos. What also makes it an ideal option for other people is that users can access what the camera “sees” in the darkness. It can record for up to a distance of 165 feet or 50 meters. The camera also has an integrated microphone that can capture audio for up to 16 feet or 5 meters. The system comes with an 8GB microSD card, which can be expanded to 32GB to record video.

But what may probably be a good selling point for this new wireless security system is that users can access what the cameras see while online. The system comes with a 7-inch touchscreen tablet monitor that connects to the camera wirelessly and can view the camera feed anywhere in the home or office. Users can also download the SwannLink app on their Android or iOS devices to view the camera feed from a smartphone or tablet. Accessing the camera feed online is just as secure, requiring the product ID number, a unique QR code prior to confirming the user’s log in name and password. The online connectivity uses secure peer-to-peer technology and is sent via a 128-bit encrypted connection. The Swann Digital Wireless Security System is available at select retail partners for $250.
