Pico projectors has recently become more common. Portable and handy, such projectors have become a convenient alternative for making presentations and what-not. The new Solidmicro SD-HK800 Pico Projector may be one that may also be worth checking out.
The Solidmicro SD-HK800 Pico Projector features a LCOS (Liquid Crystal On Silicon) pico projector that runs on the Windows CE 5.0 platform. It is also equipped with its own 2GB of internal storage. An additional microSD slot is also available for memory expansion. It supports Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel,Word as well as PDF file formats. Not only that, this pico projector also supports MPEG, AVI, WMV, MP4 and VOB video formats as well as WMA, APE, OGG, MP3, and FLAC audio formats. The Solidmicro SD-HK800 Pico Projector may initially be only available in Japan for now. There’s no mention yet on how much it will cost.
