Sharpie Liquid Pencil Gets Tested

Ever heard of a pen that writes like a ink pen, yet it can be erased like a pencil? Sounds impossible? It is a real thing now, according to Sharpie, with its Sharpie Liquid Pencil. It uses liquid graphite so it can be erased, but dries up allegedly like a permanent marker after three days.

People of Engadget did the same thing using notebook paper. To their disappointment, the handwriting can still be erased after three days. However, since the note used in the test was written on a notebook, there can be a chance that the liquid graphite did not dry up completely because the writing was not exposed to air.

Engadget still waits for representatives from Sharpie to air their side.
