Samsung HMX-T10 Camcorder Lets You Focus on Tops of Heads Automatically

There is something unusual to the Samsung HMX-T10 camcorder. Its lens is slanted 20 degrees, which they claim aids with the camera’s design that prevents injury from the arm and wrist while recording. The camcorder has noble intentions indeed, but it would take a lot of practice to get used to positioning your camera towards a person’s knees in order for the lens to look straight to the face.

The Samsung HMX-T10 features a 5.1-megapixel sensor, 2.7-inch touchscreen LCD, a 10x F/1.8 zoom with optical stabilization, and shoots videos with up to 1920 x 1080 resolution. The camcorder also offers a great bunch of software details, such as an advanced Back Slide Illuminated sensor that reduces image distortion and delivering clear videos and images even under low light.

No announcement has been made yet regarding the release of Samsung HMX-T10, although it has been priced at US$299.
