Panasonic Toughbook C1

Unique features make many portable devices quite appealing. That may be how people may look at the new Panasonic Toughbook C1. It may be quite appealing because its design may be unlike most other device in its category. That and its being quite a rugged tablet PC that can handle stress levels that other such devices may not be able to.

The Panasonic Toughbook C1 is a convertible Tablet PC. It acts both as a laptop as well as a tablet PC. The Toughbook C1 features a 12.1" multi-touch and digitizer screen display that allows better finger and gesture computing or with use of an electronic stylus. It also features a triple hinge design allows it to be easily convertible from a laptop to a tablet PC when needed.

Specs for the Panasonic Toughbook C1 include having an Intel Core i5 CPU at 2.4GHz, 250GB hard drive, 2GB of RAM, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The Panasonic Toughbook C1 is tough enough to withstand a drop of about 30 inches and has a spill resistant keyboard. This tough device is set for release around June with a price tag set at around US$2,500.
