It may be quite appealing because its design may be unlike most other device in its category. The Panasonic Toughbook C1 is a convertible Tablet PC. It acts both as a laptop as well as a tablet PC. The Toughbook C1 features a 12.1" multi-touch and digitizer screen display that allows better finger and gesture computing or with use of an electronic stylus. It also features a triple hinge design allows it to be easily convertible from a laptop to a tablet PC when needed.
Specs for the Panasonic Toughbook C1 include having an Intel Core i5 CPU at 2.4GHz, 250GB hard drive, 2GB of RAM, and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The Panasonic Toughbook C1 is tough enough to withstand a drop of about 30 inches and has a spill resistant keyboard. This tough device is set for release around June with a price tag set at around US$2,500.
