There are so many ways to get fit with the Xbox, but it does not have one of the most popular in-home exercise program until now. P90X for Xbox Fitness is now available on Xbox One. (Sorry, Xbox 360 owners, no P90X for you.)
Fitness starters and advanced muscle junkies can avail the 30-day version of the three-month slim down/ bulk up program right in your living room, along with five new routines. The video-based workout also makes use of the Kinect motion sensor to monitor your form along the way.
The P90X for Xbox Fitness costs $60, which will come with a downloadable calendar and nutrition plan by next month. At that price, it is a steal considering the actual cost of the whole P90X program.
