Nokia apparently has something up its sleeve, if this latest tweet from @evleaks is true (which we think it is).
Evan Nelson Blass has leaked what he claims as Nokia’s upcoming audio gadget called the Nokia Guru. The device has glaring similarities to the iPod Shuffle with its volume buttons at the side, the belt clip, the microUSB port, and the absence of a display screen.
Evleaks also claims the Nokia Guru also comes with near-field communication, which allows owners of Nokia devices to connect with it wirelessly. The leak also shows the gadget in neon blue, a possibility that the Guru will be available in different colors (most likely yellow, black, and white).
A spokesperson for Nokia opts not to comment on the leak.
There is some grain of truth to it, however. Nokia recently unveiled the Nokia Music+ service for its Lumia devices, which serves as an add-on to the phones’ existing radio capabilities.
The Nokia Guru leak comes just hours before Nokia’s upcoming press event in Abu Dhabi, wherein the phone manufacturer is expected to unveils the Lumia 1520 phablet.
