Nokia 5800i XpressMusic

Nokia 5800i XpressMusic

The Nokia 5800 XpressMusic is one of the popular handsets that the Finnish mobile phone manufacturer has released, with over 1 million units sold all over the world every month.

Despite its popularity all over the world, Nokia is always compared to soccer:  Popular everywhere else, but a mystery in the United States.  The XpressMusic is no exception, as techies in the US nitpick on its "pesky and useless" WiFi antenna, which is utilized for wireless streaming and Internet access.

Well, America gets what it demands, a "revved-up" version of the handset now splashed with an "i" at its name to make it distinct, and debatably a minor downgrade, from its first-gen cousin.  The Nokia 5800i XpressMusic is pretty much like the 5800, but with the WiFi antenna removed and added a 4.6-mm, 3 megapixel camera.

Now with all these revised features, will the Nokia 5800i XpressMusic get picked up by any service network?  Let’s just wait and see.
