Finally, AT&T will have its very own Android smartphone, courtesy of Motorola . The Motorola Backflip is a Motoblur-enhanced handset that lets users connect with their social networks beyond the realms of Facebook and Twitter such as MySpace, Gmail, and Picasa.
The Backflip features a reverse flip design, full QWERTY keyboard, 5-megapixel camera with auto-focus, 3G connectivity, GPS, WiFi, and Backtrack touch panel that enables users to navigate the screen by touching the back of the 3.1-inch display.
The Motorola Backflip will be available beginning March 7 at AT&T retail locations across United States. The phone, along with a two-year agreement and data plan, costs US$99.99 after rebates .
