Loewe has been producing electronic products that are not only reliable and functional, but also pleasing to the eyes. They have recently introduced the Connect 37 DR+, a 37-inch LCD TV with built-in media streaming.
This smart-looking, full-HD 1080p TV comes with its own 160GB digital video recorder that can store up to 200 hours of footage. Using either Ethernet or Wi-Fi, it also streams movies, music, and even photos from your PC. It also has a support for 24p playback from HD media. Externally, the Connect 37 has a Scart socket configured to display component video, two HDMI sockets, and RCA digital audio inputs and outputs for connecting a home-cinema system.
There are a variety of options available upon purchasing a Connect 37 DR+. You get a choice of three colors: silver, black, and white. You can add DVB-S functionality, which enables the TV to receive HD through satellite, or you can also buy the unit without the media-streaming option. You can also add a matching Blu-ray player or a DVD recorder with 250GB hard drive for recording Freeview channels. To top it off, you can also choose a surround-sound speaker system color-matched to your TV.
The Connect 37 is a breeze to set up, and it also delivers with its highly-advanced features. It enables to play DivX and XviD videos, while the sound comes out of its speakers very pleasing to the ears. However, the menu is a little sluggish to use. The Connect 37 DR+ is available for around $4,300.
