When it comes to laptops nowadays, users do not just simply go for performance and power. For most people, portability and weight also plays a big part of the decision to buy a laptop. Many manufacturers now go for trying to make the lightest laptops as possible. And there is always a competition to do so. And for now Fujitsu may be one holding an ace in this department with its new LifeBook U937/P laptop.
The new Fujitsu LifeBook U937/P is considered as the lightest laptop in its class as of the moment. This 13.3-inch laptop weighs only 799 grams or around 1.76 pounds. This new laptop is also just 15.5mm thin. In the past, there was a Lenovo notebook that weighed just 760 grams, but that is no longer available in the market. Current Lenovo notebooks now start at a weight of around 850 grams.
The new Fujitsu LifeBook U937/P was recently introduced in the market along with other new Fujitsu products. What has so far been reported is that this new Fujitsu notebook will be using a Kaby Lake processor and that the laptop will be available in black and red versions. Other than that, there is no info on what its specs will be. But since it comes from Fujitsu, the LifeBook U937/P is expected to be an enterprise laptop, ideal for business use.
