LG Vortex Available at Verizon

LG is once again providing Android smartphones for Verizon Wireless. The LG Vortex can be seen as similar to the Optimus that is offered by both T-Mobile and Sprint. The phone features Android 2.2, a 3.2-inch touchscreen, 3G Mobile Hotspot capability, Skype, Swype, a bunch of pre-installed apps from LG and Verizon (like the VZ Navigator), and even Bing Search and Bing Maps.

The LG Vortex will hit the Verizon shelves on November 18, costing US$79.99 on contract after $100 mail-in rebate.
