Inhon Blade 13 Laptop

The next generation of laptops is not just becoming more and more powerful. They are also seen to be getting slimmer, thinner and lighter. It may even be possible one day that laptops may just end up as two pieces of cardboard paper stuck together to that folds and unfolds. But that may be stretching it a bit too far. But the point is that it might just be possible. For the meantime, the slimmest laptop reported recently may be in the form of the new Inhon Blade 13 Laptop.

The Inhon Blade 13 Laptop was recently reported in Taiwan by its seldom known maker. Although not that popular yet worldwide, the fact that they announced and exhibited the world’s slimmest laptop to date may just help propel them to worldwide prominence. The main selling point of this new ultraportable laptop is that it is just 10.7mm thick, even slimmer than the NEC LaVie X, the previous record holder for the thinnest laptop, for a full 2mm.

But despite its slim feature, the Inhon Blade 13 Laptop comes with features that makes it compete with most of the latest laptops in the market. You can say that most of them are brawnier than this slim ultraportable. The Inhon Blade 13 Laptop can either come with a Core i5 or i7 CPU, 4GB RAM and 128 or 256GB SSD. It also comes with a 13-inch, 1080p screen display, and a weight of only 870g or 1.9 pounds for the carbon fiber model.  There is also a fiberglass version of the laptop planned, but it will come as a 12.6mm slim and weighs 1,195g or 2.6 pounds. The Inhon Blade 13 is expected to be available in the Taiwanese market for a price point of around US$1,350. Unfortunately, there is no news yet if it will arrive stateside anytime soon.
