Indoor Pressure Smoker

Preserving foods by smoking the traditional way usually involves using an outdoor smoker that can be as big as a room chamber. It may not be as efficient to use when one only need to smoke a relatively smaller amount of meat or fish. It’s a good thing that there is now an Indoor Pressure Smoker that can be used inside homes and at faster cooking times too.

The Indoor Pressure Smoker is actually a pressure cooker and smoker combined in one cooking appliance. It cooks faster by increasing the pressure inside the chamber by 15 psi, causing the wood chips to release their fragrant and flavor enhancing smoke faster that by using traditional smoking methods. It takes also lesser wood chips to impart that barbecue smoked flavor onto foods.
