An executive from HP has announced that their Windows 7-based tablet computers will become available beginning this Fall. The coming of the HP Slate 500 tablets is not surprising, however, after the products have been revealed in its official online store complete with SKU numbers.
Todd Bradley, executive vice president for Personal Systems Group for HP, has hinted about the possibility of a webOS-based tablet, stating that we can expect a “family” of tablets in the coming days. We also hear that the Slate 500 mainly targets the business users.
As for HP’s webOS tablets? Don’t worry, they will arrive later this year, in webOS 2.0 that is.
