There are no limits to what gadgets can capture the eyes of consumers. For every gadget, there can be one person or a million people who will find it quite useful. But then again, the range of risk can be a challenge for many manufacturers to come up with a successful gadget in the market. Aside from the tried and true designs, there are others who try to stand out on their own. The new GPD P2 Max Tiny Ultrabook may be considered as one of them.
There have been quite a lot of ultrabooks now available in the market. But the GPD P2 Max Tiny Ultrabook tries to make itself provide more despite its ultra-portable design. Its manufacturers market it as the smallest ultrabook in the world today. It comes with an 8-inch shell but with an 8.9” touch screen display, thanks to its InfinityEdge design. It is the size of an iPad Mini 4 with a body that measures 5.5mm at its thinnest. It also weighs a light 650 grams.
But despite its streamlined design, the GPD P2 Max Tiny Ultrabook features the power and performance of a full-size laptop. It features an 8th generation Intel core m3-8100Y dual-core processor, with either an 8GB or 16GB RAM and a choice from a 256 or 512GB SSD. It also comes with a QWERTY keyboard, an integrated touch display. This ultrabook also comes with enough power to play a 1080p HD video continuously for 8 hours. The GPD P2 Max Tiny Ultrabook is currently on a crowd funding campaign at Indiegogo. The initial price for this ultraportable laptop is set at $705.
