Google Earth 3.1 for iOS Updated with Underwater Layers

Users of Google Earth for iOS can rejoice now. The version 3.1 of this geography-based app now comes with ocean layer content and bathymetry (study of the Earth’s underwater depth) almost a month after this feature was introduced among Android devices. It also comes with hundreds of images and videos explaining the mysteries of our seas, as well as native support for iPhone 4‘s Retina display.

The Google Earth 3.1 for iOS is compatible to iPod Touch, iPad, and the iPhone. You can download it over at the App store or simply scan this QR code.
