Google Chrome OS Demo Coming Soon

Google Chrome OS

Representatives over at Google have confirmed that the company will be demonstrating its upcoming Chrome operating system at a press event next week.  The demo will be hosted by Google’s Vice President of Product Management Sundar Pichai, along with Engineer Director Matthew Papakipos.  They also announced about the Chrome OS’ launch in 2010.

A Google spokesperson said in an email sent to various tech publications that the event will be more of a technical announcement, not to mention showing a complete overview of their latest product.

Google would have to prepare to answer the queries of an inquisitive crowd, especially about the Chrome OS’ hardware partners, which will include Acer, Hewlett-Packard, and Adobe, as well as how this OS would interact with and complement Android, Google’s mobile operating system that has been gaining in popularity.
