Fish Quintet Create Music

If you think watching a group of fish swimming in an aquarium is tranquil enough, wait until you see this.

Quiet Ensemble, an art studio founded by Fabio Di Salvo and Bernardo Vercelli, come up with an art installation consisting of five vertical aquariums, each with a single goldfish, a camera that records their every move, which are then translated into digital sound. The creators aim to reveal the “invisible concerts of everyday life.” Click here to witness it for yourself.

The installation, entitled “Quintetto,” won third place at the International Contemporary Art Prize in Berlin.
