Epson EcoTank Printer

Epson Eco Tank PrinterPrinters are no longer that essential in today’s modern world as they were before, now that going “paperless” seems to be the trend. With many offices reducing their dependence on paper records and relying more on the more cost-effective and digital versions, printers are slowly taking lesser office duty than they did when paper was still king. Well, they do still have a place in every office, but only in a reduced capacity, if you can say that. But what will make the new printers mater is if they can take care of the usual issues such as printers running out of ink, paper jams, and the like. Printer maker Epson aims to take care of that usual printer ink problem with its new line of Epson EcoTank Printers.

The new line of Epson EcoTank Printers bring out printer models that come with huge printer reservoirs. How huge? Well, these printers come with enough printer ink to last users an average of two years before they ever think of making refills. Now that is something offices may have been looking for even years earlier, when they depended a lot on paper records and documents. The new Epson EcoTank Printers offer a more convenient and even cost-effective way to printing, both in black and white and in color. While it make take users two years to make that next refill, the replacement ink will prove to be affordable at $52 per set of bottles, or around $13 per refill bottle.

The new Epson EcoTank Printers makes use of the advanced MicroPiezo printhead technology for better quality and cost effective prints. Coupled with the Supertank ink reservoirs, these line offers businesses and offices big or small with an entirely new printing system. The Epson EcoTank line comes with several printer models that cater to different business or office sizes. The most affordable of the lot, the Epson Expression ET-2500 EcoTank is expected to cost around $379 while the biggest one in the series, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-R4640 EcoTank printer is expected to cost around $1,199. These line of printers are also expected to be available at partner stores sometime in September of this year.
