We have featured YotaPhone early this year. Created by Russia-based Yota Devices, the smartphone comes with two screens: a full-color LCD display in front, and a 200dpi E-Ink screen at the back.
The company has since announced that its dual-screen YotaPhone will be available in the international market “before Christmas”, after forging a mass-production partnership with Singaporean manufacturer Hi-P. The Android-powered gadget sports a 4.3-inch screen with Gorilla Glass and 1280 x 720 resolution, a dual-core 1.7GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 1800mAh battery.
The YotaPhone will allegedly ship with a €500 price tag, although the company’s representatives remain mum about the retail price.
