At this rate, it might take a lifetime for Nike to release Air MAGs that actually lace by themselves, just like how it did in Back to the Future II. And in case you plan on dressing up as Marty McFly for Halloween, but the ridiculously-priced, limited-edition Air MAGs kept you from completing the look, Universal Studios has got your back. The film conglomerate has announced a partnership with HalloweenCostumes.com to develop a pair of cheap Air MAGs, complete with light-up soles. And by cheap, we mean $99 a pop.
The sneakers do not bear Nike’s iconic swoosh logo, obviously, but it definitely goes well with your Zboard. It comes with a wrap-around velcro strap and an internal battery that can be charged with an included USB cable. The whole package is slated to arrive by the end of September.
