Buffalo Unveils Two New External Drives

Like the title says, Buffalo introduces its two new “easy-to-use USB storage solutions.” The MiniStation Stealth (pictured) is a compact portable hard drive that features a single USB cable for power and data, thereby decreasing its radar signature. Simply plug it on any available USB port on your PC or Mac and use it as an extra file storage drive.

Meanwhile, the DriveStation Axis LED is considerably larger than the MiniStation and therefore can take more data. It features an “easy-to-read capacity meter” can be positioned vertically or horizontally, depending on how the available space demands it. Both devices contain the Buffalo Tools utility suite, which is designed to boost performance and user experience of Windows PCs.

The MiniStation external hard drive is now available starting at US$74.99 for 320GB, $89.99 for 500GB, and $104.99 for 640GB. Meanwhile, the DriveStation Axis LED will be available in January 2011 with estimated prices of $99.99 for the 1TB model and $159.99 for the 2TB version.
