While some high definition televisions nowadays are getting even bigger and bigger, some makers may focus on making them smaller and smaller. Such is what Bluedot is trying to achieve with its BTV-1200 Portable HD TV. HD quality is now available in portable TV.
The new Bluedot BTV-1200 HD Portable TV features a 12 inch back-lit LCD display that sports a WXGA resolution at 1366 x 768 pixels. It weighs about less than a kilo and features a digital TV tuner, an AV input, 2 1.5-watt speakers, a headphone output and a B-CAS card slot. The Bluedot BTV-1200 is set to be launched in the Japanese market on July 9 and is expected to cost around 28,000 Japanese Yen or around US$305.
