The new ASUS Zenbook UX305 ultraportable notebook features a more affordable option for people who wish to enjoy the convenience of owning one. This notebook comes with the Intel Core M 5Y10 processor that allows for thinner notebooks. It also comes with an 8GB SDRAM and the Intel HD Graphics 5300 module. It has a13.3-inch Auto IPS FHD display and a 512GB SSD hard drive for the base unit. It runs on Windows 8.1 and comes with 802.11ac WLAN, BT 4.0 support, three USB 3.0 ports, and a built-in SD/SDHC card reader.
The ASUS Zenbook UX305 may appeal to many people because of its slim profile. This ultraportable is just 1.23 cm thick and weighs 1.2 kg. Despite its slim size, the ASUS Zenbook UX305 comes with a battery that is good for 10 hours of use. But what may surprise many people is that this ultraportable is one of the most affordable around. This high-end unit is expected to cost around $999, still cheaper than similar gadgets in the market.
