The Apple iPad is probably the first device that helped make tablets more appealing to consumers. There were already tablets available then but were designed for use in different industries. But now, Apple is somehow turning the tables this time by offering the Apple iPad Pro designed as a work tablet.
The new Apple iPad Pro is the larger sibling of the iPad Air and the iPad Mini. With its 12.9-inch Retina display, it is designed more as a work or enterprise tablet with robust features ideal for use in different industries. Due to its size, the iPad Pro comes with n advanced display that contains more pixels than the 15-inch MacBook. It also has room for more speakers as well as a larger battery to have power for up to 10 hours of continuous use.
The iPad Pro also comes with the new A9X chip that double’s the memory’s bandwidth and double its storage.
By creating the iPad Pro, Apple is expecting to open up its products and tap a different group of customers in the enterprise device market. The iPad Pro will be available in three different models that is expected to cost from $799 to $1,049.
