Aigos has released its new portable media player. And people are calling it a breakthrough gadget. Why? First and foremost, Aigos has revved up the specs. Its 4.3 inch gizmo with a 16.7 million color display. It has a 160GB hard drive capacity and supports the usual members. For video: MPEG-1 (DAT, MPG), MPEG-2 (VOB), MPEG-4 (AVI, Divx3-5.x, Xvid), ASF, WMV9 and RM / RMVB. For audio: MP3, WMA, WAV, AC3 and OGG. And of course for pictures: JPEG, BMP, GIF and PNG format.
It has a 2 megapixel camera. It also has WiFi connectivity and supports mobile TV. But those are not the reasons why it is being called a breakthrough. This little genius of a device has dual-core technology that allows HDTV playback at 720p. That’s a about 1280 x 720 pixels.
Other features include Two-nuclear detonation true high-definition era – whatever that means. But we’re sure it has nothing to do with bombs and explosions. A 2.0 unlimited expansion platform and integrated video recording. A/V IN-OUT, 3.5 headphone output and Built-in 2300 mAh lithium batteries. And just how "portable" is this PMP? Very portable at 6.14 x 3.23 x 0.78 inches Now go. Enjoy. Oh wait, we’re still waiting for worldwide distribution.
