Acer updates its smartphone line with their first Android -powered handset called Acer Liquid e.  It runs on Android 2.1 and features a 786MHz Snapdragon graphics chip and a 3.5-inch high-definition display.

Its homepage is not only customizable, but it can handle up to five home screens.  The Quick Contacts feature lets users switch between the address book and social network applications easily.  The keyboard contains an extended dictionary for those T9 addicts.  Other features include GPS, WiFi, and HSDAP support.

No information about the availability and price, though.
